We work according to the privacy regulations and codes of conduct of the Dutch Network for HR-Professionals [Nederlandse Vereniging voor Personeelsmanagement en Organisatieontwikkeling] (NVP) and the Dutch Association of Psychologists [Nederlands Instituut van Psychologen] (NIP).
The validity of sets of instruments and methods is investigated periodically. We regularly evaluate our assignments with clients and candidates/participants. This includes an annual satisfaction survey among clients.
