MT 1000

CPM Nederland in the mood to party
MT 1000 prize winner: 3rd in the HR – Assessment category

What a surprise: in the 2018 MT-1000 study we ended in third place. We are extremely happy with this level of supplier valuation and very grateful to all our contacts who spoke so highly of us.

MT1000 is the largest study of business decision-makers to determine their appreciation of commercial service providers. It is commissioned by the Management Team (MT) magazine and carried out by the research agency of the Erasmus University. The respondents award scores for three aspects 1) Client orientation; 2) Product leadership; 3) Quality of execution.

It is an exceptional, positive experience for employees at all levels (not just for high potentials). The development process starts on the day itself under supervision of a coach. Participants themselves play a significant directing role in the Talent Studio. This begins as early as during the intake. Intermediate feedback on the approach that someone chooses in (partially self-selected) assignments, video recordings and a reflection book generate valuable learning experiences.
